It is recommended that you have a login per Dealership, however yes you can use the same login in for multiple sites, however only one user is permitted to access the site per subscription at any given time, further to that any correspondence with candidates would come from the registered contact information.
Like any job board the market fluctuates on a constant basis therefore the candidates that come and go from the site will be frequent, however our candidate database will always remain current as our candidates need to update every 28 days to stay active on our site.
We are not an employment agency therefore we do not screen our candidates; this is a job board with candidates actively looking for their next challenge. Like any recruitment process the employer needs to assess the candidate based on the information that has been provided.
This is an open web page that you have access to view all candidates prior to registering, if you do not see a candidate that meets your criteria it is suggested that you keep this site as a favourite on your desktop and once you find a candidate that meets your criteria then it is time to register and secure your next employee.
Yes, however both parties need to be happy with this arrangement, as we are not an agency and no recruitment fee is involved both Employer and prospective Employee need to proceed as they see fit for their process.
